Our Client Consulting is a high profile division of Our Client, a £50m turnover market leading Investment Banking and Financial Services IT Recruitment Company. Based in the city, the Consulting team provides a wide range of contingent and search solutions to a select number of the worlds leading Business and Technology consulting companies.

In 2006 Our Client’s consulting team was a leading supplier of permanent staff into the following companies –
PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Atos Consulting and Accenture.

Last year the team was KPMG’s No.1 external supplier of consulting staff and after only eight months working with Atos Consulting was appointed as one of only two of the companies Tier One suppliers.

The Training

Our Client takes training very seriously. It is classroom based and covers the following areas: The Management Consultancy industry, Core consulting capabilities, Industry areas, Headhunting and Mapping; Competency-based interviewing; Recruitment Process and Candidate Management.


The Individual

Our Client is seeking either graduates looking for a rewarding career or individuals with up to 2 years commercial experience gained within either Finance, Media, Publishing or related industry sectors. It has a minimum of four openings for junior/graduate level entry within its Business and Technology consulting division.

Successful applicants will possess an abundance of creativity, dynamism and determination. They will be bright and articulate self-starters looking for a long-term career. Researchers will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising basic salary (pay rises are clearly defined at each level of progression), commission and a quarterly bonus. Candidates will receive a statutory pension, private healthcare and subsidised gym membership at Virgin Active after a qualifying period.
