They are looking for an exceptional candidate to be responsible for managing the existing major accounts. Essentially, you will be offering tailor-made solutions to your existing clients' recruitment needs and you will be maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates at all levels, both over the phone and face to face. In fact, as much face to face contact as possible is encouraged, meaning your role will be proactive and sociable.
This is a unique opportunity as you will benefit from the ‘warm' business that will be waiting for you to capitalise on, thus reducing the need for cold calling. Our client is also looking to expand greatly over the next few years, and have a genuine policy of promotion from within. Consequently, you could be heading up your own team in just two years!

The suitable candidate will need to be personable, with an engaging manner, as the role will be client facing. You will need to be able to demonstrate the highest level of credibility and professionalism in your approach and have the ability to negotiate both over the phone and face to face. Ideally, you will have a 2:2 degree or above and although not essential, some sales experience will be an advantage.
