Our client is currently recruiting and they require a graduate trainee recruitment consultant based in central Leeds.

The successful candidate will be of graduate standard or a graduate and have some sort of previous experience in non-retail sales, ideally commission only or customer service (based in an outbound call-centre). They will variety of interpersonal and organisational skills, which can be transferred over to the role of a recruitment Consultant. If you have travelled this is also a benefit.

The best Recruitment Consultants can multi task! Therefore, you will be able to source job positions, and then source positions, sell the candidates to the directors, arrange interviews, closing both the candidate and the client in order to be successful in filling the post! Our client offers full training and continuous support throughout the year!

Salary is between £17,000 - £20,000 for the right candidate OTE £50,000 as a minimum
Looking for somebody outgoing confident and professional. Will be used to earning and working towards an individual commission structure.
