Your Profile
A driven Graduate wishing to develop a career within the Leisure and
Hospitality sector you will have a background in face to face sales, or within
the hospitality industry. You will possess excellent communication skills with
the ability to present face to face in a professional and confident manner. A
natural sales person you will be able to identify business development
opportunities, present to Director level and close! This role requires
somebody with a great deal of energy and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in
Sport and Sporting Events!
The Role
Increasing the venue's profile and brand in the local area you will
proactively obtain new clients, retain existing clients and regain lost
clients. This will be done via a range of sales formats such as cold calling,
touring the venue and putting together targeted marketing campaigns including
a weekly email campaign. You will be responsible for keeping the website up to
date as well as creating and implementing promotions for all major sporting
events! You will attend regular networking events where you build business
contacts and relationships. You will also produce quarterly sales plans as
well as conducting competitive analysis and database updating.
