Due to an influx of project wins for complex EIA work, URS Development Services is currently increasing the size of the GIS team. A Graduate GIS consultant is required to work alongside existing GIS consultants to provide a GIS support to the project teams in EIA and Economics & Development.
The ideal candidate would be a geography or environmental science/policy graduate with additional training/Masters in GIS/data solutions and if possible, work experience in an environmental consultancy preferably doing a range of GIS/data solutions work and environmental projects including property, renewables and infrastructure. ArcGIS knowledge in particular would be advantageous.
This will be a graduate position where candidates will be expected add value to the GIS team whilst developing their knowledge and experience.
